My friends and I came to this location right at closing. We spoke with kayla and tony, and they were so so nice and... accommodating!!!! Even though the restaurant was closing soon they didn?t rush us, they helped us order and went above andbeyond. So friendly- we?ll be back!!! Best customer service EVER! Read more

The burgers were soaked in ketchup and mustard. Gushing outside the bun. Soggy from the excess condiments. And burgers were... cold. Ordered Harvey's sauce on the side was not included in our order. The burgers did not look anything like the Harvey'smarketing images. We went back to the restaurant to return for a refund and we had to argue with the manager for 10 minutes toget a $20.20 refund. Harveys will always be tied for first with tim hortons in my books. They're like the subway of burgers with fair pricing that... easily beats out the competition. One thing i will mention though is how real the food really is. Like for example i ordered amini bacon burger off the value menu the other day at about 7pm. Due to the other things i ordered i didnt have enough space toeven begin to eat it so it was forgotten next to my couch unrefridgerated until the following morning when i got up for work,grabbed the room temp burger and brought it for breakfast. I consumed the burger at about 7am. So a 12 hour gap inbetweenpurchasing and consuming. (This isnt the first time i've tried this, as a side note kfc popcorn chicken is safe to eat for up to3 days at room temp past the time of purchase...day 4 it gets a lil funky but anyways) i didnt get sick. Burger tasted fine butcold (obv) but every place brags about their fresh meats ect ect.....so reading the nutrition facts i found my answer. The saltcontent is so high in the food it preserves itself at room temp (out of the sun) for safe consumption at a later time. But ya.Im still going to get food from here from time to time. No complaints just a fast food easter egg if you will. Read more

Went there last week for 2 combos. Made my order online for drive thru pickup. Waited 10 minutes in line. The girl then confused... my order for someone elses. Got the food home. The first burger toppings were wrong. Missed the lettuce and put relish whichwasnt even ordered. Second burger the lettuce was maybe 5 strands if that and 1 hot banana pepper. Yes 1 pepper. Both burgerswere swimming in mustard. Not sure who was doing burgers that day but it was awful. Onion rings were burnt and not full. Frieswere 3/4 full and completely cold. Yes I arrived in time for my order but yes I also sat in the drive thru line for ages. Thislocation has been slowly dying. I will never go back to this location. Read more

I LOVE this location! Food was bussin, the staff are amazing, it's always so clean inside, and please try the Ghost pepper... sauce! I crave it everyday. 10/10 would strongly recommend to foodies who are looking for fresh and great tasting food. Read more

This location is great. Good food made in a quick pace. My go - to is the onion rings they always leave me wanting more! Staff... is friendly and the restaurant overall has good vibes. I?ve been a returning customer since 2014 as it is well managed andefficient. Would definitely recommend for a good fast food dining experience! Read more

I did an online order for pick up and went to use the restroom before the pick up time. When I went to pick it up at the time... posted, the cashier only then realized that there was an order and started prepping for it (at the time it should've beenready). She informed me that it would be 5 minutes however I am working and didn't have the time to wait (hence ordered onlineprior) so I requested to cancel it. The cashier didn't know how to so she asked the manager(?) on the floor who informed me thatI couldn't cancel it. I said it's fine, I'll wait. I provided positive constructive criticism explaining how they should checkit more often so that online orders would be ready accordingly. The lady was nice about it however, there was a woman on thefloor eating who worked there as well that decided to argue with me persistently stating that they had just opened (it's 11:14amat this point) and how they're prepping for other things, blah blah. Point being, this location needs to get better at checkingonline orders and accepting feedback. I could've ordered in person and THEN used the restroom and would have been out sooner.People use the online order option for a reason 8-). Read more
