If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordering at 11:48 and being called at 12:04 to be told the store is closed and refusing an... order refused me my lunch at work. Everything else is closed and your contact center was quite rude about it when an upsetcustomer really wanted and counted on that order. Just because I offered to pay Cash. Next time, what are you going to do? Wouldyou have refused it if I paid by Credit Card?? This was an absolute horrible experience I hope no one ever has to deal with. Terrible, panzo experience, they came cold, after 15 minutes in our oven at 450 cheese was not melted, tiny chunks of unmelted... plastic cheese, raw onions and cold watery mushrooms. Disappointed. 1. Made a phone order for pick up. Was told 20 mins, it took 40 mins. Staff blaming the call centre and then said... they are too busy, he can't do anything about it. Why was I told 20 mins? He said he doesn't know. 2. No one is wearing gloves.Pizza and ingredients are being handled by hand, which was really worrying and honestly put me off. Just ordered the 5 topping walk in special. Asked for xtra cheese, pineapple, banana peppers, beef, pepperoni and sausage.(... knowing I would pay extra and I did for the additional topping). Didn't get beef or extra cheese and barely got any Bananapeppers or pineapple. Extremely disappointed. Then I called and got hung up on. Won't be ordering from this location ever again! Read more
Recently tried Gino's Pizza and i must admit i was quite surprised with the quality and taste offered at this franchise. I found... it to be far better then the alternatives.I had a feshly made pies, the dough was perfectly crispy and soft. the location wasfairly clean. the gentleman that served me was respective and quick. told me I'd would be 15 mins after i ordered but handed myorder in 7. will.Definitely be ordering pizza from Ginos again.
