honestly has fallen very low on the scale of satisfaction in the past few years. i used to purchase their bowls and wraps, and... previously they used to be worth the amount of money because of how much food i got. now i am paying the same amount for muchless food. will not be coming back to this location, or any other one. Being blunt freshii is the type of place you eat to stay in good shape regardless of the price. Sort of like chipotle. I?m a fan... of their shot I grab it with a mediterranean bowl and it cost me just under 20$. Read more
I felt the need to write a review quickly after my meal because I was so disappointed by it and want to inform other customers.... I ordered via Uber Eats, so unfortunately I wasn't in store to assess how the staff really performed. I ordered 2 cobb wraps(one for me and one for my husband). It used to be my favourite, but this time may be the last time I ever order it. Firstly, itused to come with blue cheese, hence why I liked it. But now, they changed it to aged cheddar... which by the way, they FORGOTit. So double disappointment right there. Secondly, they forgot the ranch dressing, which made the wrap very dry. It'sabsolutely ridiculous how 2 base ingredients were missing, and the lack of attention to detail shown by the employees at thislocation is outrageous. I am willing to give this location a second chance; perhaps if I walked in and saw how the wrap isphysically prepared. But for now, I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially not a delivery order. Read more
Firstly - I want to state that I eat at Freshii fairly regularly, and do quite enjoy it as a healthy and tasty option. I tend... to jump back and forth between this location and another nearby location - and after tonight, I won't be returning to thisone. Tonight both mine and my wife's food were terrible. My Oaxaca bowl had rice that seemed under cooked with water still init. My wife's Buddha Satay was actually inedible - just goopy watery mush with almost no flavor. Read more

This branch has had many problems since the day it opened, but lately the problems have been proliferated with the addition of... tips. There are two problems with how this branch works Problem #1 the different employees are inconsistent, one employee givesyou half the bowl after paying $16+ and the other one gives you a proper full bowl. This is unacceptable if people are pay$16+,full the bowl up properly especially if your going to ask for tips. Problem #2 The amount of food employees put in the bowl isoften directly linked to whatever you tip or (don?t). Freshii isn?t a dine in restaurant with service, a tip shouldn?t even bean option. and Again! After paying so much initially it?s morally wrong to give people less in the bowl for not tipping. Thebowl should be full regardless. No I?m sure your thinking, why give this restaurant three stars you seem fed-up and this seemslike a 1 star service. It is indeed but I don?t like affecting the brand of restaurants so I am often generous in the stars. Butalso know that I don?t write a review unless things are really bad.
