The store manager gave us a full refund and a free bowl when we brought up quality issues. Hopefully our next meal will be... satisfactory in size and quality. Our previous meal was too small, and the now premium topping of hot black beans wasdisgustingly salty I couldn?t eat this bowl. Ordered Pangoa bowl plus chocolate peanut butter shake, definitely the best combination from the menu, that can easily serve 2.... Great location, fresh ingredients. Cordial hospitality from the staff, clean ambience and good option for to go from your wayback from work or workout. Read more

I really enjoy the food here. It's very healthy! When ordering I prefer to custom create my bowel. It can get really expensive... tho as there's no guide to picking and choosing your items based on portions. While it's the same bowel size in the end, if youorder too many items, you're getting less of each ingredient while paying full price per. My bowel came out to $20 dollars! Read more
I am so disappointed with this freshii location. In terms of quality and service, It is the worst I have ever visited. I have... never experienced any issues with other locations. I ordered 3 bowls and 1 salad. ALL the items I ordered came half empty and Ionly found out when I got home. Complete waste of my time and cash. If you guys are going to reduce portion size, you have toreduce your price as well. Do not go to this location. Read more
