Service was horrible. I know they were young but no excuse. One of the servers placed the cone on the table. When I complained... the 2nd server just dumped the icecream from the cone back into the bucket in the freezer and used a new cone picking up thesame one to hand over to me. No gloves on her hand. I did not bother to complain but ended up throwing my icecream in thegarbage outside. Do not bother to go there. Read more

Would not recommend. Pros: Good location, large portion sizes, fun decor. Cons: What fell short is the quality of the ice... cream. Strike one: no gelato. Strike two: limited selection relative to other ice cream shops. Strike three: quality of the icecream available seemed like store bought - disappointing considering it's $5 a scoop. Bonus strike - no ramp for parents withkids. Read more

Particularly the rubber duckies wall with the swing to take pictures, this site is very aesthetically attractive! This location... is ideal because it is next to a park where you can roam about or sit down, have food, and take in the scenery. My mother gotpeach sorbet, while I had salted caramel in a cup. On a humid day, peach sorbet is perfect! They are both excellent, though! Thefact that I could finally tick this place off my to-do lists made me glad, though I wish I had more time to stay a littlelonger. Thank you to the guy, who served us and recommended the icecream flavours! Read more

I took my opi here on his 92nd birthday today because I know he loves ice cream and it was a very special treat. The ice cream... tasted very yummy and the place/decor is very cute. My only hesitation and issue I had was the fact that they don't havewheelchair/stroller accessibility - I was with my cousin who has a baby and we both had to cart our people around the front andthrough the restaurant beside. It was okay but it would have been a lot easier and better if there was a ramp to be able to justgo up and in. I'm also pretty sure that its illegal to not be wheelchair/stroller accessible. So they may want to look into thatasap. My only other complaint was that they only allow one sample of ice cream - I've been to many other places that allow morethan one so you can best choose the right ice cream. So that was a bummer - would like to see a change there! Otherwise overallit was a pretty good experience and I'd probably go back - though it wouldn't be my first choice. Read more

Cute place, spacious, love the decor and colours! My son loved it. The birthday cake and blueberry bliss ice cream were... delicious. I'll go again because it's close to home. BUT...The staff working that day were a little unprofessional and notfriendly/welcoming (The young boy also handed me a broken cone and covered it with a napkin?) Asked for a new one and got a newone but that's not the point. I also love the actual location but it's kind of hidden and it's not accessible. Read more

Super cute ice cream shop with the perfect view of the waterfront. Ice cream is yummy and I will certainly be a repeat customer.... Love all the instagram backdrops, especially the swings! Kids will LOVE this spot too. Watermelon sorbet is a must try! Read more

Great decor, great atmosphere....particularly like the swings. Its like out of a movie! Faces the harbour so the views are... amazing! We visited a week after they opened, the staff were friendly and patient as we made our flavour decisions. The icecreamwas ok. Good portion scoops. Read more

Wow. It's kind of amazing that a brand new ice cream place can have such a bland experience. First of all everyone working there... is incredibly nice and the decor is ok too but the ice cream tastes like the cheapest imaginable no-name brand supermarketfreezer budget brand ever. I don't know what the intent of this place was and who they are catering to but my God what aswing-and-a-miss. A waffle cone dual scoop was approximately 6$. I won't be coming back, there are other places within walkingdistance that are far better. Read more
