We placed an online order for pickup in store and when we returned home the food was not made to order. We called the restaurant... and the customer service rep was quick to find a solution to our problem without any back and forth. Read more

Very disappointed that this location refused to deliver to me last night. I?ve been ordering pizza from Dominoes all my life,... and from this location for 15 yrs, but last night they refused our buisiness saying we are out of their service area (11 mindrive). When we called the Clarkson location as directed, they too refused to deliver to our location (Ford Dr/Lakeshore Rd).Very frustrating! Now we are happy Papa John?s Pizza customers. They happily took our order and the pizza was just as good, wasslightly cheaper, and came with a complimentary dipping sauce which was a very pleasant surprise. We?ll continue to use PapaJohn?s going forward now. Read more
The experience in that store is terrible. I submitted an online order last night. A stuff just dropped "there is no such an... order" while I was there to pick it up. Then she went back to make her pizza without providing a solution!! When I tried to lether make a double check, she just repeated "no your order" with a poker face. I used to visit here for many times, but no more. Read more
Ordered an XL Taco Chicken Pizza on Thurs, Jul 29 and the taste was meh. When browsing online the description sounded so... tempting so we decided to go ahead and at the time of customization the system didn't let us choose the sauce. We didn't bothermuch assuming there will be something on it. To our surprise this pizza doesn't come with any sauce. Our dough was so dry, chewyand bland without it and was so hard to finish the pizza without any base sauce. Will never order it again :( Read more
To the staff called Baijid - I rarely write reviews, unless it?s really awesome or awful. As a customer, I don?t expect you to... offer great services, but at least as a person, you should be well-mannered. When I entered the store, you had no facialexpressions, asking inside a few times and then slowly came out showing your unwillingness. When I asked for tissues, you didn?tget it and then seemed to discuss about my accent with your colleague when I hadn?t left the store yet. When I said thank you toyou when you got me the tissues, you acted like a blockhead without any response. We typically order Domion pizza in Trafalgarnear our home. Luckily the staff there are all very nice. Read more
