Really nice bubble tea place with lots of flavours and also treats such as cheesecake. Nice design and has small outdoor patio.
Came in on a Tuesday around 2pm I asked the cashier if I could order the golden aged milk tea and all she said was no. I said... excuse me?! She said no you can?t order it, there?s no more?she was the Asian girl that wore glasses and brown hair in aponytail?did not sound nice at all?I understand if you are out of a drink but that response from a customers point of view isunacceptable?.do better and train your staff better? Always out of stock on many things especially brown sugar tapioca. There is a promo on a free mango green tea last week with min... $15 purchase which we ordered but because they did not have the mango green tea, they did not give us any free drink. A goodbusiness would make it up by offering free drink of other similar teas/values to keep customers coming back. Been coming herefor years since they opened because we live close by but honestly have never had good customer service. We would rather go tothe downtown bbt shop. thanks Read more
