AVOID AT ALL COST! This is a terrible location. I went there for lunch recently and witnessed the manager being rude to a... elderly customer. All he did was forget to keep his receipt with the order number. Instead of politely reminding him, he wasextremely rude and proceeded to argue with the customer On my way to work today, I needed to get breakfast and unfortunatelythis place was the only option at the time. I waited at the register and no one came to take my order. Even called out to thethe back to let them know I was there. Almost 10 minutes of waiting at the register I left without being serviced. Not cheap, kind of pricy. The problem is dine in area dirty and very disappoint on the burger but their fries is yummy
Not busy at all, thought I'd pop in and get a sandwich for lunch. They had a good deal 2 for $8, so I got the chipotle chicken... and a whopper. I love the chicken sandwiches I used to buy the 2 for $5 back in the day. The chicken was great, the Whopper wasnot so good, it was dry and barely warm with horrible tasting tomato, just a real downer. I asked for ketchup packets and therewere none in the bag or on the burger. A dry and practically cold burger is bad enough but a burger with no ketchup should besigned into law as a crime against gastronomy. I usually never get their whoppers because they are in my experience never hotand poorly assembly with these mushy tomatoes. So I don't blame them, they are consistent, I blame me for having hope. Thestaff were fine, low interaction, though I found it odd that he ushered us to the wide even though it was just two customers inthe store. Family went to this location yesterday to purchase burgers and was told they were out of beef at 5 p.m. and only had chicken... available. This isn't even the first time this has happened. Our previous visit, we were told they had no Whoppers.....Huh? Dining area is often dirty. Food is often cold as well. Something is wrong at this location.
