Worst burger king I've been to. Kid at cashier was clueless on how to put in an order. I had to repeat myself 3 times and still... didnt put in the right order. I paid almost $60 for 4 meals Then waiting 10 minutes with no food in sight i asked where my orderwas and then they asked if im sure that i didn't receive it yet. They realized they cleared my order without serving it. I askedfor a bacon cheese whooper and received no bacon. Once again they asked if im sure that i ordered bacon in it. Then they servefries just thrown onto the tray with no care. The food was equally bad. The gravy on the putine had a jello texture and so saltythat it was burning my tounge. I will never return to this location and may not ever return to a BK thanks to this expirience.Do yourself a favour and drive over to Wendy's or McDonalds both about 2-3 minutes away Read more

I ordered a strawberry sundae on August 21, 2022. The order was confirmed at 9:14 pm Via the BK app. It was already paid for... via credit card in the app. When I arrived to the 1289 Marlborough Crt. location in Oakville Ontario. The front door was locked.This was at approximately 9:20 pm. In store dining at this location closes at 10 pm. There were still some people eating. So whyis the door locked? A team member cleaning up came to unlock the door and inform me that the manager has locked the door and Ishould order via the drive-thru. To my surprise I was confused because I had already paid and I am a pedestrian (clearly). Helet me inside anyway. When the team member seen the order receipt, he tried to explain to his manager that this is already paidfor and should be honoured. He as well did not understand why the restaurant was closing earlier than advertised on the door ofthe restaurant as well as on the BK website/app and Google maps. And kept apologizing. The manager did not apologize once. Shecame out to the front counter and gave a weak explanation of how they can?t make the sundae but can offer me a Hershey chocolatepie. And she she doesn?t know why ?Uber app and them? allows orders to come through as they start shutting the machines down andclean up at 9:30 pm. Mind you it wasn?t 9:30 yet.. And I ordered via the Burger King app. Not Uber or any other third partyapp. When I told her this, she just got mad and said, ?Well I don?t know what you want me to do? You either take the Hershey?spie or not.? I asked for a refund and she said ?No. You need to contact the app.? Then she walked off to the back to chat withher colleagues. Blatantly ignoring me. I?ve never experienced this on any other day with Burger King orders. The app has a cutoff time that won?t let you place orders after a certain time for pick up. Rudest cashier ever. She was touching her phone, facing BACK, while I was standing and waiting infront of the counter for her to... notice me. Had to shout so she would notice me and take my order. She also didn't bother to wear gloves or wash her hands AFTERtouching her phone when she went back to grab fries. UNBELIEVABLE???? need some serious re-training. Read more
