Good location, being in here a few times and the staff tend to be okay.
They either can?t read or they don?t care. Or both. 3 times in a row they?ve messed up my Skip order and to make it worse, they... won?t even refund the FULL cost of the item so if I felt like reordering what they messed up, I?m actually still out money. Iordered ahead today by 3 HOURS and they still got it wrong even with all that time on their hands to heat something up and throwthings into a blender. YOU HAD ONE JOB would be the appropriate meme here. I called and although the girl on the phone was verycourteous, I felt an air of carelessness and didn?t really get anywhere with that. This is the only booster juice I have seen in a long time that follows every step in making juices as opposed to just tossing... and blending all the fruits in one mixer. Really appreciate all the hard work! Read more
Come here. Saw that double the ice cubes was put in double ice in my smoothie. When I had it. It was watery. Less taste. I tell... all persons to watch the person carefully making it. Had it from different places ..And I know what I have. Not good. You wantcustomer return ...make it right !!! Read more
Terrible Customer Service, went in there to purchase a smoothie 12pm 0 customers in the store 3 employees looked at me not one... offered to serve me or even acknowledge I was even there, they weren't too busy even a simple I will be with you in a secondwould have been good enough. waited close to 5 minutes then left . Will never return to that location again. Read more
I have been to this location a number of times now and cannot help but notice that the staff is a little ?unfriendly?. Let me... try and explain what i mean - they are not rude - just, not customer focused. As an example, i went in, ordered two drinks. Theorder was taken without a hint of smile. Almost like she is done with this job. Furthermore, the drink was prepared and left onthe counter without letting me know that the order is ready, while I sat there on the table barely 2 ft away! I have been here dozens of times and although the smoothies are good Lindsay that works here is beyond rude. She has greeted... myself and my family with a scowl and and hateful attitude every single time we've been here and we're actually not bad people!We've never been rude to her and we always use our manners. It's not just us, I've seen her treat other customers this way too.Shouldn't be acceptable. I shouldn't leave Booster Juice each time feeling remorseful from yet another bad experience withLindsay. Friendly staff, all look like teenage girls but definitely kept the store clean and tidy.
