We usually really like the icecream served at Baskin-Robbins but a recent visit made me write this low rated review. I bought... two kids scoop icecream which were 3.99 per scoop, and I asked for hot chocolate fudge on top. They literally just drizzled thehot fudge on top in the most miniscule amount, and charged $2.50 per scoop, which was crazy. Read more

I have to start by saying we love BR and we go to the one closer to my home very often. However, the experience here was very... unexpected. All of my 5 family members bought ice cream here then I ordered mango, which I always order. This time dispute itwas a brand you tub the flavour was bad, just tasted wrong like sour milk, i immediately turned around and said ?something wrongwith this, the flavour is wrong? and they simply could have just replaced it, but the employee was clear, ?we don?t replace itif you don?t like it?, i said ?I usually like it but this taste wrong?. Unfortunately we don?t offer refund or replacement. ThenI ordered and paid for a different flavour. The problem is that she is not a decision maker and she claim that BR policy is theywon?t replace bad product. Which i don?t believe can be good for any business. Read more

Very disappointing after spending over $50 for icecream and asking for extra spoon, they want to charge for it !!?? Never heard... of extra charge for a plastic spoon . Staff member said it's the managment's rules..go figure.. Read more

Used to order from here all the time for every occasion. Ordered an ice cream cake 24 hours in advance last weekend for my son's... bday without any issue. Tried to order 2 basic ones for this weekend for my twins bday 46 hours in advance this time and weretold it has to be 48 hours. Have never had that requirement before after many cakes purchased. Were told we can come in and getwhat's in stock that day, which they already know what it is. Asked if they could reserve 2 of them since they already have themin stock and were told no. Went to Dairy Queen and reserved our cake there instead who had no issues accommodating our simplereservation. Don't need them making up ridiculous rules out of nowhere. Read more

A great thing about this place is the option to order not only ice cream, but also frozen yogurt. For people who have... partial/medium milk intolerance, frozen yogurt is an option, like for me, for example (disclaimer: it is not a professionalmedical advice, just something that works for my situation). So I was happy to find this option for myself. I tried ?mauibrownie madness? one, it was delicious. No pictures, it was gone in mere minutes. ????Thanks! Read more

There were multiple staff members in the store but only one of them was helping customers while there was a line up outside that... kept getting longer and longer. When I arrived the line was about a dozen people but had more than doubled that by the time Ileft. This type of service is unacceptable when people come to your store and one employee has made talking on the phone apriority over the line up at the store is not doing a good job! Whether on phone with customers or friends it doesn't matterbecause when people are in your store they take priority. The ice cream is so good but bad customer service sours it a littlemore each time you experience it. Read more
