I order the reg box with rice and meat everytime so my experience is based on this meal only. I love it, they will cook fresh... steak for me if it's low. Once or twice the steak tasted a bit off or the rice was too hard. Considering how many times Ive goneand had a great meal, this isn't anything to deter me from going but I do prefer super fresh steak/ingredients only. Service isalways friendly and accommodating, portions are pretty consistent although scoops vary from different employees on differentdays. Not by too much though. I highly recommend this location overall. I would like to give 4.5 stars because there's room forimprovement with food quality but staff is really excellent. Read more
Was about to rate this place a 5.. can't even contact the store, number says it's not setup yet... Purchased a pad Thai with... chicken and tofu (paid extra). I just got home, no tofu in the meal.. I also ordered a side of spring rolls, no issues. I'd trycalling, though again number not setup. 20min drive from my place so not worth driving back for this.. the wait is always longthough the food was always good. Staff are friendly otherwise. The cashier and even the gentleman who gave me my order asked ifI wanted a receipt (yes), then asked if it was okay I'm the bag (yes). no receipt in the bag -- justdisappointed... -- Edit: The owner got back to me on this and was happy to provide a meal replacement free of charge, and ofcourse correct this time. Loved their Tofu curry as I am a veggie lover. Highly recommended. The place was clean and was well maintained.
Service and workers are friendly and polite although. Food is very random when it comes to quality. I?ve been to this location... many of times. Although at this point in time more so than not it is unacceptable. Ie. hair in food, expired cheese curds inpoutine, extremely under cooked rice, over cooked chicken hard as a rock. Taste was pretty good but I have to give it 3 stars simply because of portions. I went to pick up dinner for me and my partner.... We ordered a chicken bowl and beef bowl. It?s healthy, ingredients tasted fresh for the most part - rice was on the dry-endthough. For the price you don?t get a good portion size for dinner. Seemed like something we would be maybe satisfied with forlunch definitely not for dinner. For that we are disappointed. We ordered a pizza shortly after. Read more
Did take out and looked very healthy and was done with my traditional places I eat. I could start with any choices and protein... and lastly saices / toppings . Got myself custom veggie bowl with brown rice , mid spicy sauce . Being vegetarian i hoped theycould let us get all 5-6 options of veggies to add rather then only 2 . The service I received today (Thursday, November 11th) was fantastic, the lady was super helpful, I'm so sorry I didn't get her... name, but since the moment we got in she greeted us and asked if we needed any help, when we said it was our first time she wasso patient and explained everything very well. She had such a great energy and was so helpful that I am so looking forward togo back, my husband and I were both so tired after a long day of running errands and once we left the restaurant we both leftwith smiles and said: this is the best service we've had. The food was good, the regular box is well enough for 2 people, Idefinitely have leftovers. We both created our own boxes, the beef was made to order (not sure if it was because they had justrun out or if it's always the case) but it was nice, she said it might take 5-7 mins but took less than that.
