A&W is a great fast food joint. We went to one of their restaurants in oakville. Service was perfect and food was served fresh &... hot. I've been going to this A&W for years. But the last 4 or 5 times, I've been really disappointed. The burgers are pretty good,... although once in a while, they're a bit soggy; but every time I order, the fries are cold and doughy, as if they've been sittingout for 20 minutes. Today, no exception. Also, I'd asked the server for 4 ketchups, a salt and a vinegar. I saw her take thepackages, but I don't know where she put them, because I didn't get them in my bag.
