Place very dirty. Food on the floor, table has dirt, not clean at all. In the summer season the place was so clean, staff... amazing but since summer season over with new staff that has changed this place is grosse and looks like a dump, staff notpleasant and they open late which we had to wait 10 minutes because the staff said we are getting ready. Every time I?ve gone, I?ve gotten fresh, hot fries, and a fresh burger. Even right before closing. The kids that work the... drive-thru are especially polite and kind, there?s not many A&W?s around me so this is kinda a haul to get too, but; I?d do itagain and likely will, quality is THAT good. I am referring to the new rule of not serving ice if you order a combo, because you want to force you to order the freeze and... add 2$ extra. The server even was rude in saying "we are not allowed to serve ice"..even the freeze doesn't taste great. Notsure if this is the best management decision Not going back Read more

I generally like A&W and enjoy the burgers and root beer. I was working in the area and stopped by this location. When ordered... one burger and a drink, it came out rather too quickly. Thought that they were quick, but the buns were as hard as a brick...itwas very old and/or warmed too much. Meat and other ingredients were great. I do think that this location require a tighterquality control of the food. Located within a very affluent neighborhood in Oakville. This is something any businesses shouldbe mindful of. Read more
I ordered a burger from here, took a bite, and guess what I found.... A BANDAID IN THE BURGER! Thoroughly disgusting!!! I went... back and all they said was "We can make you another burger". No apology. If that's all they offer to make up for this horribleexperience, then that is bad. There's no option to put zero stars. Read more
Great food for a fast food joint. I really think that they are trying to get people in the door for breakfast. They're offering... $1 coffee now. Trying to cut into the Tim's and McDonald's markets. My verdict... It's not bad at all. On par with thecompetition. Although I think McDonald's coffee has a slight edge. Read more
