Summary: Online order can't be cancelled, owner is rude and tells me I need to cancel my own order through the bank. I ordered... online saying it was ready in 15 minutes but the store called and told me their grill is not ready so it will take 45+ minutesfor food to be ready. I asked to cancel but he said he can't and I need to call the bank to cancel. I am sure he can cancel theorder, there is no way the system can't cancel, he just didn't want to learn. Read more
Given the price, it's disappointing that our order was completely messed up. The Chicken kabob did not come with the requested... chickpeas; the Lebanese lamb sandwich we received was clearly beef; instead of hummus, we received baba ganoush; we paid for anextra piece of naan and some green sauce that were not included. We were hoping to find a great local kabob place, but wedidn't even get the dishes we ordered. We attempted to call regarding the issue, but no one answered the phone during businesshours, so we had to leave a message and order food from somewhere else. Read more
Fresh and yummy food. The falafels and chicken kababs are a go-to for us. Definitely worth a try.
The food was pretty bad. First, the falafel had a shell that was extremely hard to break and the inside was almost a play dough... consistency. Also, the outside was burnt. By far the worse falafel I?ve had so far. The kabob was the wrong one, also quiteunappetizing. The food was packaged for delivery in a plastic shopping bag, untied and unsealed in any way. The driver couldhave come into contact with the food, either Intentionally or not, it could have flew out of the bag ect... ended up throwingeverything out after trying it. Read more
I want to like this place but quality is inconsistent. Several weeks ago chicken kabob, lentil soup and bread were served piping... hot and flavorful. Lentil soup was especially outstanding flavor, chicken juicy having enjoyable charcoal flavor and bread washot. Last night though bread and soup served cold. Chicken and rice were warm but not quite warm enough and chicken was dry.Chopped jalapeño peppers are the only item in my experience that is consistently enjoyable. No frills presentation and service,e.g., styrofoam plates, disposable plastic knives, forks and spoons and bus your own table when finished keeps the menu pricingreasonable but not worthwhile value in my opinion with so many inconsistencies. Also, restaurant space is room temperature seemsto be difficult to regulate. Hot in summer and cold in winter. seems as though Tigris has much more carry out business than dinein. The taste was not as it used to be. Plus in every restaurant u get rice plus salad and a choice of side, not here, u get 2sides,... it can be 2 of these 4 rice, soup, chick peas or salad., Read more
Owner touched my money, then started cooking, without washing hands or even using gloves. No mask (with a slight cough), no... gloves, no handwashing. Can't comment on taste, because I didn't eat it???? Read more
