around 1:20pm-Bread is hard but soaked in vinegar but missed the mayo, they gave me lettuce instead of spinach, never cut the... hoagie in half, they took long for WRONG ORDER!. Not that hard to follow instructions on the screen. Needs to get retrained, orput outside to pump gas instead of making sandwiches. Read more

Just needed to compliment the young man who is working tonight at the register . I?ve noticed in to many places the younger... generation of the 20 and unders who are working in jobs that deal with customer service are lacking everything that applies tojust that. Tonight the young man who rang me up was more then kind. I recently broke my ribs so he could not tell that I mayhave been hurt but saw the struggle in my face when I realized I had to carrry these normally easy two 6 packs of water. withoutme asking or saying more he insisted he carry to my car so I did not have to make 2 trips or just strain myself as he saw I didat the register possibly. For this being a bad week for myself in general the little gesture completely made my day. Not justfrom him being a young person but he saw a person thru nothing more then paying attention to the person that he was just ringingup at a late hour on his shift that probably won?t be over for a few more hours and started way before seeing me. Thankyou tothis young man, u reminded me to definately be more attentive to the people I see and pay it forward even if it?s as simple ascarrying a bag. Thankyou again for your kindness. Read more

They don't seem to be able to get the doordash orders correct. This last time, it was missing the food, all i got were the chips... and teas and those weren't even the right ones that i ordered. The bag i got was marked 1 of 1 so there was no way for thedriver to know he didn't have everything. Read more

I ordered two nights in a row thru doordash and they forgot the main item both times, you would think they hire people that know... how to read the orders correctly and send out what needs to be sent out, their careless mistakes make a convenient app likedoordash completely inconvenient. Out of the 6000 wawas in jersey this has to be the worst one when it comes to food orders. Read more

Funny it was like a stare down. Little redhead curly sue (no personality) 1st she couldn't understand what a New Port Box was..... No personality, No customer service. No can I help you have a nice day nothing. Not even a thank you where do they get theseunprofessional people from. . just basically stared me down so I did the same. I live 2 specs away I rather drive the extra 2.2secs rob the Wawa down the street where they have great customer service.. They should send redhead curly sue to a few customerrelation classes. I go to this Wawa everyday (literally). I like their French Vanilla coffee and sizzlis. I have never been disappointed by their... service, food, quality or anything. Employees are extremely friendly which I personally like. Some of them even know my name.Clean and organized shelves. Despite of being extremely busy during morning office hours, they still manage it so well. I liketheir staff's efficiency and quick service. The best thing I like about this store is that as soon as their coffee dispensingcontainers go low, they immediately brew fresh coffee and it's ready for a refill. Not like other Wawa stores (within one mileproximity) that make me wait for 10 minutes because their coffee containers are always empty. Read more
