Don't seem to put as much filling in the donuts as they used to. Coffee is still the best, imho.
May actually be the worst Dunkin in Jersey. They will just lock it's doors and force you to go through their terribly managed... drive thru. Even if you made a mobile order for in store pick up. Coffee also tastes like they never clean their equipment. Read more
Just walked into the store and waited over ten minutes all alone at the register for someone to at least acknowledge that a... customer was there. There were plenty of workers there. Several made eye contact and just looked away. Employees actually walkedup to the register, looked at me, said nothing and walked away. Finally gave up and left without even being spoken to. I wish Icould say this was the first time people working there have been super rude in that store, but it?s not. I won?t go there again. Read more
Purchased $3.00 drink thru drive thru. Gave a $10 & a quarter. Drove off. Both myself & the lady weren't even thinking of the... change. I came back, maybe 5 minutes. Went inside & the "very honest" lady had my $7.00 set aside waiting to see if I'd comeback. She was smiling when she saw me, handing me my change. Very honest, very kind. Loved it. This Dunkin is beyond trash. They seem to struggle just to keep the store operational sometimes. I'm unable to go in and pick up... the order they allowed me to place online because they apparently just don't have enough staff to run the shop. Such a joke!! Read more
The wait time was terrible and I went to use the bathroom it's so disgusting. I give them a below star. Its sad because Dunkin... donuts was a good place and it's not living up to it's name. The people were rude. Read more
