Food is awesome. Owner is amazing. Prices are family friendly. Place is extremely clean and spacious. Staff is super friendly... and helpful. No negatives really. Between me and my wife we're probably here 3-4 times a week. Please come and enjoy a true gemof a restaurant. Read more
I come here often, maybe way too often?and probably shouldn?t be sharing our neighborhood secrets, but they deserve their five... stars. The kabobs are what?s best here, and their salads are always fresh and arranged cutely, never a slimy leaf. They also putsumac on the rice, which is a light lemony flavor that is a deep burgundy powder sprinkled on top, a very nice dish. They do nothave any beers on tap, but there?s a good selection of unique canned brews. The service was horrible the manager/owner( I think sat at our table as soon as we sat down and proceeded to try to sell us gift... cards witch was very uncomfortable! We got fish and chips and I got the gyro and an appetizer. The fish and chips wherehorrible ,the fish tasted like something from the freezer section (tasted like it was fried in old oil ,and the waffle frieswhere cold when they got there . My gyro was decent , but was loaded with so much messed up veggies and sauce I couldn't tastethe meat . The truly sad thing was that 20 min after our food came our appetizer finally came out , it was garlic cheese breadwe got it was only a pizza dough with a tiny bit of cheese and almost no garlic and was burnt! For being a new restaurant in Oakley I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stone oven cooked pizza! Delicious? The... variety of craft beers is nice. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. However, the young staff needs to be trained on themenu and types of beers. The customer service can be improved?
