This is the worst sandwich I have ever received from Jimmy Johns. Barely any turkey, or tomatoes mostly mayo and lettuce. This... was not representative of a jimmy johns sandwich and its ridiculous I had to pay so much more for this lack of asandwich. After it took 2 employees what seemed like 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches I just was eager to get out of the store.The employees working this evening at this store at 8:00pm seemed high on drugs. Took 1hour and 15min to get my food. they sent 1 driver out with 9 deliveries. and I am a 5min drive from the store.... Unacceptable. I contacted jimmy johns based on their response. All I got was a bunch of non-committal buzz words blaming the"current staffing environment" being challenging and thanking me for being supportive, patient, and understanding. Bunch of hotair. Lesson learned, do not order delivery from Jimmy John's anymore. I heard from Jimmy Johns corporate who said they werehaving having trouble getting staffing and I would hear from the store manager to make things right. I never heard from them. Idecided, foolishly, to order from Jimmy Johns again recently. After waiting 45min, and my order not showing out for delivery Icalled the store. They stated they had a hold on bread, the driver was loading up to leave with 10 orders, and they were notsure which order he would be delivering in and asked if I wanted to change it to take out. I said yes and went and got my foodmyself, but somehow the tip for the driver was never taken off. In short, I will never order delivery again. such a hassle. Read more
Terrible customer service. Placed a group order. Called multiple times to verify order and asked that receipts be attached to... the bags so we could identify whose order was whose. Not only did they fail to do that but they didn't even Put the numbers on11 of the sandwiches. It was an order of 40+. so to have a 25% failure rate is unacceptable. So, my husband had ordered me food through the DoorDash app and I was really craving JJ. I worked all day. I hadn?t had the... opportunity to eat or take a break. Now (8pm on a Sunday) I?m exhausted from serving people all day everyday, didn?t want tocook, hangry, and my sandwich I ordered was the worst. Complete opposite of what I had had or expected from the last time I hadfood from them. I wanted and ordered for the add of pickles and peppers, I didn?t get any peppers. And only like 2-3 pickles.They put no tomatoes and so very little of what else already came on the sandwich, which are my favorite parts. So, I call thestore requesting a mgr on duty, to explain the situation to them. JAKE!!!! The manager is the most kind and prompt manager ashe took immediate action to resolve my issue. He let me keep my 1st disappointing sandwich. (Apologizing I told him I washangry) he made me a high priority for their delivery and is remaking my sandwich, with extra of the ingredients it alreadycomes with? for FREE. Do not eat here unless you LOVE mayonnaise. Even if you request it without mayonnaise they will douse the sandwich in it. ... Other than ruining it with piles of disgusting mayo, their sandwiches are very well-made. The speed is good, but everyone isshorthanded now, so slower than usual times aren't unexpected. Also the staff are always very nice and polite. In general Irecommend this place with the caveat that it's hit or miss if you don't like mayo. Read more
Very friendly staff. Everyone was helpful. My order was complete on time and ready to go. I was greeted with smiles and polite... customer service. Keep it up. No response in drive thru so went inside. Employees just playing around having a good ole time. Of course i just left.
