When in doubt as to what you'd want to eat, Pollo Tropical varied and affordable menu will do any day! I purchased a whole... chicken for $8.00 with three sides, which for me it's enough for two meals. As a Senior person, if you ask, you get 10 % off. 1st. 2 adults and 2 kids. How can every table be dirty and the place is not busy. No even tried to clean tables, I had to go to... bathroom, switch had no soap and use toilet paper to wipe table down for a clean surfaced. 2nd. Lady in red shirt attitude isdisturbing. 3rd. Food good but grill chicken room temperature. Salad fried yoga rice and beans and mango drinks was good asusual. Let me tell you about this place. Average to say the best, and worst. Employees are unprofessional but get the job done. I... always feel like I am an inconvenience when I order. Rather than greeted, I am pointed at and waived forward just very strangeatmosphere. Upon several occasions while attempting to dine at this location I was advised they were out of chicken despitetheir name being "Pollo" Tropical. I did feel this was because I came in 30 minutes prior to closing, and the employees did notwant to prepare any more food or work more than they had to. Also the establishment is always out of various sauces. This isalso very odd as this business is known for their litany of sauces, and always limited on offerings at this location. Let it benoted I go to various other Pollo Tropicals and never run across these issues. The food here when available is good, and myorder is never incorrect. These are the reasons I return to this establishment. I just wish the experience was not always soawkward. Maybe that is asking too much? Read more
