Reviews for Perry Wings FTL in Oakland Park, FL
Oxtails were $30 not complaining about the price but look at how small the portion is. The wings were great that perry sauce is... awesome. Customer service at the window was a+ but the takeout person could definitely use a crash course in courtesy Read more
Omg Perry's wings were so so good! The perry sauce and tamarind spice were my favorite flavors, stopped here while on vaca, a... must go back and it was very clean and nicely decorated, such a vibe Read more

Food always tastes amazing. You can never go wrong with their hot wings and crispy fries. But they do charge 75 cents per... condiment even with a purchase of two 20 pieces wings combos with fries. Read more
My card was charged twice, so they can?t get 5 stars. But wings were decent, great size wings not too big not too small. The... sauce used to taste a lot better. The fries I could?ve done without & the cornbread was good. The weekend special is the onlyreason I came, prices way too high usually. Waiting for one of these charges yo be dropped. Read more
Pros: So so good !! Everything is Jammed packed with flavor. Their signature perry wings are the best we ever had. Cons:... Pictured is the $29 oxtail meal. I do not see the value for the price? Wings do not come with celery/carrots or dipping saucelike other places. The Sauce is paid separately. Sides are small. If you Expect to pay fine dining prices with fine dinningportions , you?ll at least be in heaven with flavor! Enjoy ! Read more
2 stars instead of 1 because the ladies there were very nice. However, the wings were probably the worst I've ever had. We had... the buffalo, the lemon pepper and Perry k Spice. The lemon pepper had zero seasoning on it. It tasted like a plain chicken wing. The Buffalo had very little sauce and was super mild. Not cooked enough either. The K Spice had very little flavor and zerospice. All my employees thought the same thing. We will not be going back there. Read more
I'm always excited to try a new neighborhood place and I have been driving past this place for months, so I finally made a... special trip to buy and take some home. It was a little disappointing. I asked for flats only, I did not get them. I asked forBlue Cheese, I did not get it. There is nothing more frustrating than to get your meal home and find it wasn't right. The wings,I would say, are more Caribbean style, if that's a thing. They were slightly breaded, which was unexpected, but still they werenicely cooked. The sauces seem to be very confusing and when I finally settled on on I thought would be a nice blend, it waspretty sweet. As a matter of fact, the whole sauce thing there seemed much like the sauce bar at Tijuana Flats, the fast foodMexican joint in the Northridge shopping center, but at least there, you can choose as many sauces as you like to try before youdump it on your food. (I don't go there any more because the kitchen looks pretty filthy) Anyway, the wings were nicely cooked, but the macaroni & cheese was pretty disappointing. I got there about 11:30, so I knew it would be fresh, but the pasta was verymushy and the cheese sauce just tasted store bought and bland. Not what I really expected from a local, black woman owned placeas they are promoting. I would suggest you go and try it for yourself, like I did, but I'm not going back. Read more
