I just visited this location 265 W Oakland Park Blvd Oakland Park, FL 33311. The manager was very rude nonchalant and could not... help me she did not know how to run the register and told me that she could not give me my food because the register was givingher an error I told her that it is not my problem and she needs to learn to fix it. Her response was rude and disrespectful. Herappearance was extremely poor and should not present in that manner serving food items. To say the least I drove away hungry andupset. Please find someone who is competent enough to run the register and pass a cheeseburger through a window. Read more

Went there with a friend tonight, bought and took the food items home 4 minutes away. I was surprised and very disatisfied with... how cold the food was. The 3 ???????????? we're horribly cold and looked like scraps from the bottom of the tray. Horrible!horrible! horrible! Also, I asked the manager for a plastic bag and was lectured the plastic bags were for the pancakes andsome dropped on the floor with no regards ???? what a waste. Horrible! horrible! horrible! 4 ???????????????? sandwiches werebought and some extra tartar was asked for. To our surprise the tartar sauce was placed in a ???? nugget box and it was a totalmess inside. Horrible! horrible! horrible! I wished I had taken a picture. This was the very first McDonald's in Russia. I saw photos of the long lines when it first opened. And I'm glad that the lines... aren't that long now. The new McDonald's allows you to order in English using the electronic kiosks. And you can pay for yourmeal at the kiosk. Read more
Normally pretty good service line normally moves quickly last night bad experience had to wait 20 almost 25 minutes to get a... order in the drive thru then had to get out of my car and go inside +++Update+++ The store has been totally remodeled they have2 drive through Lanes now. My first time going there since they reopened. The line was not long but it took a little longergetting my food but that's okay I'm sure they are getting readjusted to re-opening.
