I used to be a fan years ago when they first opened, but they just don?t provide the same quality anymore. I only ordered here... yesterday because Pollo Tropical was closed down the street. Now that chipotle is too expensive, this is even a better alternative. Great pricing. Much bigger selection. More authentic. I... always get the large bowls they call the super bowls. Horrible experience. They served all the Spanish people and when I asked about me, I saw my food was sitting out and he threw it... in the bag and said you?re welcome. Food was cold and nasty. Not worth it. Never ever eat at any of these places. I?ll stick topollo tropical! Read more

I spent $36.81 on Bahama fish and some seafood fried rice the Bahamas fish meal was perfect however the fried rice only have... three shrimp two mussels and some squid. I spent a lot of money on my food and this is a disappointment I would go back to givemy two cents but I have too much class. I'm disappointed in this location and won't be back. I even called and the lady manager.She was nonchalant, cut me off as I was speaking and stated its supposed to have three shrimp. Out of all the locations I'vebeen to.. this was the worst. The food is the delicious. I had the Shrimp Bowl to go.I arrived close to closing. Wasn't rushed out the door. Wait time was 15... minutes. (large) The amount of food Was my dinner two nights in a row. My favorite authentic Peruvian dish is AJI DE GALLINA(PERUVIAN CHICKEN STEW) Disappointed LA Granja didn't have it.
