I almost never leave reviews from restaurants unless something really bad happened. However, this hidden gem in E Commerce... deserves an absolute 5-stars. Food was delicious, perfectly cooked. Ordered the soup and fish of the day... that was perfection.The chocolate crepe was amazing... I'm looking forward to coming back to FLL to get back at Escargot. Read more

What an amazing discovery! This small restaurant is all you can ask for! First time here, service is amazing. Very personalized... attention, small restaurant atmosphere. Perfect for a dinner date. We went for my wife's birthday. I'm gluten free and she has a latex allergy. The owner and chef are also the wait staff. Small,... cozy restaurant that's by reservation only. The chef encouraged me to try the soup of the day, it was an orange carrot soup. Itwas fantastic! I will definitely be back. There were a few missteps, (forgetting we ordered espresso...) but this is a smallbusiness with great customer service and superb food. Read more

Our first visit to Escargot Bistro was perfect, the owner greeted us and made us feel welcomed to his intimate and warm... space. While small, Escargot Bistro is charming and typically French, not flashy or ostentatious but the food stands out. OurBelgian friend joined us and loved the mussels, my wife, who lived in France for a year, ordered escargot which she claimed wasthe best she had in South Florida. We just moved to the area from NYC where we had quite a bit of great French food (our favorite cuisine). Moved down to Florida... and have been looking for our staple French spot - and we have found it at Escargot Bistro! This is by far the best FOOD (notjust French) that we have had since moving down. The cozy vibe, complimented by Didier and Andrea?s hospitality transports youright to France in a little cafe. Couldn?t recommend it more highly, and so glad we live close so we will be regulars!
