I stopped here at 645 today, the inside was locked so I went through the drive through, I was told over the speaker by the woman... that it would be 5 mins before she could take my order so I said okay, and waited there was no one else in line. I proceeded towait 10 minutes and now there were 4 cars behind me. I waited because my daughter I just picked up from the school near by, shewent to hallows scream and just got off the bus back for 5 hours. Any hoo we waited for the woman woman to come back on thespeaker yelling that I wasn't supposed to sit there for her drive thru clock, I proceeded to answer that she said 5 mins so Iwaited, she then proceeded to yell about her drive thru timer and that her system was down. Which she could have simply told meand I would have left in the 1st place I find it comical that if she would have communicated properly in the 1st place Iwouldn't even be writing this review. I proceeded to drive around front it's now just before 7 to see 3 employees talking andlook inside to see two people being served inside, after reading the reviews I see attitude and rudeness is a common problem inthis Dunkin so avoid the Saturday early morning crew at all costs Read more
Girl gave me attitude for no reason. Very unprofessional. Got my order wrong .gave me a Nasty coffee. My friend ordered a... simple breakfast wrap ,egg came frozen. Waste of my money. Don't know why manager hired very unprofessional people and not traincorrectly. Bad bad Read more
Very rude customer service specifically the tone and body language. I asked for my sandwich to be remade and instead this... woman(tall heavy weight African American) called the police on me and told me the owner of the facility advised it. I became soupset that I called DK directly and left a formal complaint. Now I?m doing a google and yelp review only to see that there wereother previous customers with the same negative experience, and have also had the police called on them for simple requests. Iwill be filing another complaint because there is no way she should be allowed to treat people this way in the industry sheworks in. I?m going to escalate to the regional corporate, and file a BBB complaint because this is independently owned theymust feel that they don?t need to provide the same corporate Dunkin experience, their actual business name is Hzcoffeegroupllcand they should be ashamed of their customer service. There seems to always be a problem at this Dunkin after 6pm on a weekday - avoid coming here if you really have a craving for... one of your Dunking favorites to avoid disappointment. I had to get my ?caramel craze iced latte? remade because there was nocaramel in it at all, nor any of the toppings. I asked for it to be remade, luckily caramel was added but they still put notoppings, I asked for the toppings and they just put whipped cream which was a moment of ?aright, maybe they just don?t know howto make it?? So I didn?t even mention that it comes with the drizzle and everything. I tried to trade my old iced latte for thenew one and I was told ?There?s a trash can over there.? I was in the drive thru..Weird, even McDonald?s let?s you give themtheir mistakes back so they can throw it away for you. Not to mention they ?only are sent small straws from corporate? soanticipate this (image attached) if you order from here. Lastly, the last time I came at this time they were ?out of icedlattes.? Horrible and very nasty attitudes, from both whatever female and male managers or supervisors work there right now. The female... manager was even arguing with other employees in front of the window. Egg completely missing from my Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel, on top of consistently leaving the donuts out of my orders. Don't go... to this location they will constantly short you parts of your order. Read more
If I could give this a negative review I would. First off, the staff members have very bad attitudes. They show how much they... hate their jobs. When you go to order food, you better only order for one person because if you order more than what they feelis necessary, they get a really bad attitude and show it big time. Next, their food is absolutely awful. The hash browns aremore like burnt hash crumbs. Their bagels are always hard and old. Most of the time their donuts are out of stock or they onlyhave certain types. Their donuts also taste very old. they also overcharge for their food and drinks.
