If i could leave a review with zero stars I would have done that. Stood at the window for over 15 minutes. The lady making the... sandwiches waved. The other lady ignored me for a while. Then looked at me and got on her cell phone. Only 2 cars in thedrive thru and nobody else. Terrible customer service. Awful smell while standing there waiting. I was getting food for acouple of friends but left without it. No loss for me or my friends. Loss for Checkers. Read more

Horrible customer service. Franchise owner is awaiting their money paying people who only serve 2 people an hr. This franchise... location is loosing money due to the people who work there. Ordered food in drive thru and didn?t move for 20 mins so I justleft without food. Read more

Big Buford a tasty burger for $3.50, but it never even looks close to the one in the commercial....Update: had the worst... experience there last night. I waited over 20 minutes for a deep sea double and double checked burger with cheese. The pieces offish were extremely thin and were left in the fryer so long there was very little white left in the middle. The burger pattieswere so thin they looked like a rolling pin was used to roll them out. I may never return. Read more

Reading the reviews going back a year, I see this is pointless other than to warn customers to go to another location or... different franchise altogether. I ordered a cheeseburger through the drive thru. Get to the window and paid and the girl workingthe drive thru looked at me like I handed her wet money or something. I get down the street to realize it was missing the keyingredient, cheese. No biggie , just went back and used the walk up station to explain. The girl working the drive thruliterally stared me in the face as I?m standing there and turned around to ?pretend? to do other things. It?s as though I wasbothering her just by being there. After finally acknowledging me she insisted it was what I ordered even telling me I orderedthe cheeseburger. I had to explain that it was wrong because it didn?t have cheese. After insisting I go to the pickup window,she literally threw my order out the order window where I was just standing. No ? sorry for the mistake? or ? here?s yoursorder?. Never been anything wrong with my food, but the A.I. used to take the orders now is kind of off-putting, and I've noticed it... makes the human employees at the window a bit too laid back and unprofessional. Dude was eating fries as he handed me my order,and forgot the sauce I asked for twice. Read more

Lights are out in the drive thru making it very hard to see. The customer service was unprofessional the first time and slightly... better the second. Everyone should be welcomed and greeted properly. No guest should feel like a bother especially when they arecoming to spend money at your establishment. Read more

Worst place ever, visited for the first time today. First I couldn't order on the windows it had to be drive thru due to short... staff (understandable). But then no one answered at the ordering station, I proceeded to the pick up window thinking maybe thatis how it works due to the short staff. The window was closed there was a lady inside visibly under the influence of somethingthat just look at me with a "what do you want face".
