I am visiting here in Oakland Iowa on a job. But everytime I go in here on lunch break the staff is horrible as if they are mad... at someone or prejudice. The first day I walked in and the woman was making salads, I asked her was she getting ready to putthem out and she said yes but let them sit there as she walked away instead of bringing them out and there was no pizza at all,this was Tuesday. Now today I go in and both ladies are in the pizza area so I asked wete they going to put fresh pizza outbecause the pizza that was in there had been sitting a while and you could tell but all they said is no and went on as if thepizza was fresh in there. Casey?s has my favorite pizza and this location does not disappoint. They have really good sub sandwiches as well, with fast... service. It?s a small place but you can probably find everything you?re looking for easily. Can?t ask for much more. Read more

I am a frequent customer to this store. I have no problem with the pizza or hot foods they serve but every time i order a wrap... its messed up in some way shape or form. And when my husband or i comment about it he gets snarky answers like not my problem.And a majority of the staff is rude anyways. Im a polite person and normally brush it off but when my food is constantly messedup and get attitude about it is hard to bite my tounge anymore. Needless to say i will not be ordering anymore wraps or subsfrom this location. Read more
This Casey's has been here a long time. They have upgraded and become a 24/7 store. They have good pizza and plenty of options... for drinks and adult beverages. Good place for a quick bite. Read more
I have never been rude to here until an employee Janet started she is very very rude to customers and other staff that work here... and has no customer service, where did you find her. I work with people all day and that is one thing you need. I live inOakland and this is my store almost every day whether it's just to get a donut for my daughter or a drink for myself. I amtempted to just wait to get to council bluffs to go to a different store to get my things in the morning this is so ridiculous.No one should be treated like this especially when your used to the same smiling faces you have seen forever now. All otheremployees are so amazing and show that they care for your customers. Read more
