I just found out about this places a few days ago from a social media post. When I looked at menu and saw a portobello mushroom... burger I was wow! It?s so hard to find this on a menu anymore as highly processed burgers have taken over vegan restaurants. Iordered yesterday on the phone and told her that I don?t do jalapeños or anything too spicy. She was so considerate and told methe mayo had chipolte in it but was mild tasting. Great customer service and I ordered it. We got to her spot and she wasoutside already delivering food to another customer and told me she would have my order in a few minutes. Just recently transitioned to a plant based diet and have been looking for good places to eat when I don?t have time to cook.... Not much to choose from in San Leandro. Went to Ju?C fruits for the first time today and this place is on point! I had theinternational taco bowl and honestly didn?t know vegan food could taste this good. And the owner is super nice. I went to the vegan festival in Berkeley recently and they're nachos were awesome. I'm also super excited to be able to buy the... barbecue jackfruit in bulk once it's available.
