They served undercooked food. Raw dough cold to the touch.
Asked for some attention to my order because the self serve kiosk didn?t allow me to specify a substitution of shredded cheese... in place of cheese sauce. Was fully ignored by the young male cashier while he helped four of his friends. When i brought it tohis attention AGAIN he just went and grabbed the order and handed it to me with a ?sorry?. Extremely rude. My car died and I had to wait for help. The staff spoke in Spanish like I couldn't understand them about myself... and my spouse and car. Very unprofessional. Read more
This place always messes up my orders. I don't know what's more stupid, me for coming back here thinking things will change, or... the employees here. A deluxe craving box I thought comes with chips and cheese, not two things if cheese and no chips! I knowit's a small mistake, but when small mistakes happen so consistently and constantly, it starts to get real annoying. I'm readyfor the robots to come take over all your jobs. They NEVER get my order right...I ask for extra beef or cheese and they never give it even though I pay the extra cost. I... ordered a Mexican pizza with extra beef and sour cream and I got 2 dry cracked pieces of tostada shells. No sour cream anddefinitely not even an ounce of extra beef. This is a nice Taco Bell. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I drove to this Taco Bell and went in the drive... thru, where I ordered two cinnamon delights. I then went up to the window and paid and got my food from the employee there, whowas very nice. Once I got my food, I left the Taco Bell and ate my food, which tasted very good. I gave this Taco Bell fivestars because I received very nice service and I had really good cinnamon delights. Read more
