Service was fast, and I received the caffeine I needed ???????? I can't comment on the food, but the brown sugar oatmilk shaken... espresso sure hits the spot!?? This is hands down my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is super friendly and they've always gone above and beyond when... I've ordered, even before I became a daily regular there. I'm usually there early mornings so I've seen them through some of themost insane rushes and have always been impressed the way the communicate with one another, check in with folks who haven'treceived orders yet and letting them know where their order is at in line. Wow, this Starbucks took over 15 minutes to make my Caramel Macch, but didn't bother to put in any caramel. Probably an... oversight caused by the staff being too busy making their own drinks, eating and chit-chatting. Love Starbucks, but not thislocation! Read more

This is definitely an unbiased review, just stating some important factors about this location. They only had 2 employees and... were so bombarded with orders I didn?t get mine until I reminded them. Sad to see 5 other people in line after me get theirorders first and the cashier with red eyebrows and hair told me there?s more orders on front of me when only 2 other people wereleft in the store that just walked in. Very dissatisfied with their customer service and that Starbucks doesn?t care enoughabout their staff to keep the flow of traffic orders from the oldest order to the newest. Read more
Thew staff are friendly and helpful, and it's not too crowded. There are clearly marked places for where to stand, and tables... set up for when it's safe to gather indoors, but you can't sit at them yet. The pastries and food are really good, and thedrinks are fine. Read more
Good place to get a good cup of coffee and other thing to start you morning off rigth. Plus it's by Lake Merritt and Grand Lake... Theater where you can watch a good movie or go shopping at Trader Joe's or get some good Chinese food at Yang Chows just to theleft of Star Bucks. I have been going to Yang Chows for over 30 year's and have always been happy with everything they serve. Good coffee and great area. ???????????? Read more
