I have worked and managed in the restaurant business for over two decades so I understand the inflation factor these days... especially. I also live very close by and would love to frequent Rockridge Cafe, that being said I paid $32 before tip aftersitting down for an omelet, a cup of coffee and a side of sausage. Neighborhood diner with arguably the best pancakes I've had in my life. Nice to come in a Saturday, sit on sidewalk and watch... the strollers and doggies go by. Read more
Ordered take out from here and it was fantastic. The burritos are filling and super tasty and the pancakes were fluffy and... light. Highly recommend for a breakfast or brunch spot. You won?t be disappointed! Read more

Five Star classic Americana breakfast with a sleeper cafe latte that exceeded all expectations. As a test, I usually order the... eggs Benedict and a while it wasn't overly innovative, was absolutely solid. (on second thought, I ordered a Blackstone)Hollandaise sauce was good, eggs cooked perfectly, and a home fries well, yummy home fries. But the Cafe Latte was a surprise,so well made that I didn't need to sweeten it. This place is a slice of how this neighborhood used to be, and still here goingstrong after 50 years I believe. The food was so delicious, I haven't gone out to eat in public sense 2020 in March, so I finally went today and it was... Wonderful, my waiter was so sweet too!
