A decent price for bubble teas. Their bubbles are very tasty, but the milk tea is made of non-dairy creamer.

Great prices and really good food! Got the rice and shrimp bowl with a Jasmine milk tea and it was good! Shrimp was nice and... crispy, I forgot to ask for soy sauce but that was my bad. I really liked the Jasmine milk tea though, I will be coming back totry some more of their options Read more

My kids love this place. Tasty snacks and Boba teas at a reasonable price. So convenient to park at the free garage next to... Trader Joe's, and walk 3 minutes to this shop. Read more

The jasmine milk tea was really good, but the Vietnamese coffee was too sweet, I even asked for 25% sweet, and for some reason... the lady told me they require that it be 50%. I was very nice and reasonable when I called, just so everybody knows. I simplywon?t be going there again, not worth my money. I prefer T4 on Webster Street. Read more

Nice, clean location. I'm not a HUGE boba fan, but came in because I was really in the mood for Taiwanese-style popcorn... chicken. Ordered this 'snack,' and got a significant portion for $6 even. I was impressed by the quality, freshness (right outof the fryer), and taste. It was not spicy, but their condiment section features ketchup, sriracha, soy sauce, red pepper, andsalt/black pepper; between these, I was able to manually spice up my dish to a satisfactory level. I opted for the longtoothpick instead of fork / chopsticks, and was happy with that decision. Apparently if one orders a rice bowl ($5.50), ajasmine tea or boba milk tea can be added on for only 1 dollar more. I would likely be back sooner if there was more of a dealwith this place. With that said, it's only 4 doors down from my clinic so will definitely pay these guys a visit again! Read more
