I really like this location since moving here in January. But lately something has just been off. I always order on the app and... it is never made correctly anymore. I get flavor of some kind and always have to go back inside because it is never put in. Ican't have milk, so i always get oat, but it makes me wonder if the person making it is even actually looking at the order. I'mworried one day it'll be really wrong and make me sick. My son and I were standing in front of the cashier about to place our order when this white American man rudely asked the... cashier a question, then was allowed to make a purchase as if we were not there. "I mean we were standing right in front of her,he was over to the side and she helped him, I was so disappointed, "I'm sorry sir but I'll help you after I take their orderwould of been the proper then to do BUT we where dismissed like many of my people before me. Ordered 3 half pounds of house ground for Melita drip. When I got home the ground was too coarse. Called and was told I would... have to make another trip in soon to get replacement. They needed to be able to resell it. That alone is troubling that theywould resell a food product that I have in my possession. My schedule is such that it is extremely difficult to arrange time tomake another trip there so I couldn?t say I would be able to make it in within a few days. So too bad for me! Also, I hadalready poured one of the half pounds into my container which is when I discovered the Coarseness, so Manager wants to resellthat???? Manager wouldn?t give me her name. I?ve been going to Peets in other locations for decades and never had a problem.Also, these were each put in one pound bags. When I picked up coffee, I could see the person at the grinding machine havingproblems using it and asked for assistance. Obviously he needs better training and I shouldn?t have to be inconvenience becauseof it. I didn?t get a receipt either that should have been put in the bag. Read more
We love going to this Peets for convenience and quality of coffee and food (which is why I gave two stars), however, waiting... over 30 minutes for two coffees is crazy. I would rather drive to Montclair and get coffee from Starbucks. So disappointed. Read more

Good store and good coffee. Not sure why but there seems to be a continuous issue with things being available on the app and... then getting the same "we ran out and didn't have time to turn it off for ordering" story. Getting real tired of this. Read more

Not only is the place beautifully and modernly constructed, but the staff is overall friendly. I've only had one encounter with... a worker who seems a bit forced to be polite but she doesn't come off as rude. Half of the experience is the way you're treatedin a food and/or beverage environment and the experience here is pleasant. I went to the peet's on Dimond for years and it'sactually the one I worked at for a few years quite a while ago. This place, however, is my new go-to coffee spot because of thestaff, the location, and the way this place was constructed. If you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and come check itout. There's a reason it takes almost 30 minutes to get your coffee on a regular weekday. With that said, order in advance andyou'll be in and out the door if you're your way to work. Otherwise, come in, order your drink, and just stay a while. Read more
