Phenomenal vegan tacos, my favorite was the barbacoa. The grilled maitake mushroom taco needs to be strained more so that it... doesnt drip a ton. The sweet potato taco was really good, Barbacoa mushroom taco was alright, it felt like it was missing some flavor and texture.... The barbacoa bowl on the other hand was delicious!
