My 1st experience was wonderful. The yng man at the register was warm & inviting I believe I seen Kamani on his shirt. He... broke everything down 4 me since this was my 1st time. I was kinda in a rush but he assured me I wld pick up my son on time.He was rt. So I decided 2 see if this was just performance NOPE I came back same warm attitude recognized me welcome backgreeting . I order a Caesar salad for dinner delivered. Order came with NO Caesar dressing!!! How do you eat a Caesar salad without... dressing?? I certainly cannot. Mixt has no phones so can't call. Sent message and their response was that they only readmessages between 9am to 5pm. So I'm out of luck. Paid for a meal I can't eat. They need to make this right!!! Good salads but ordering on their website is a nightmare. They force you to make an account with multiple captchas and it dead... ends at a huge privacy notice with no way to continue with the order. Really stupid. Had to use door dash which probably coststhem fees. Read more

The people that work here need to care about there job more. The prep work done is minimal and the cleanliness of the place is... horrendous. This is a good place to grab a quick, healthy meal. You can build your own salad, grain bowl, or plate from their huge display... of ingredients (if you don't want one of the menu items). They definitely have everything you'd want from the veggie, nut,fruit, and cheese categories along with other interesting toppings. I wish their roasted veggies had a bit more flavor to them;they don't seem much different from the raw veggies after sitting out. Another area for improvement would be to chop the greensat least a little bit. Otherwise, they give fast, friendly service with generous portions. The food is good, but portions keep getting smaller to the point where they should start using smaller containers and smaller... portions of dressing. I wouldn't call this place a good value anymore. Read more
