Drive-Thru displays DO NOT show items advertised correctly. $1 McChicken displayed, but it applies after you buy a regular meal.... Regular McChicken sandwich alone charged $3.09 (mini meal no longer offered). Either management can't lift a finger to "help"correct the display mistake or they don't care. Be careful what you order here. No plans to ever return, even if someone payingfor my meal. Read more
This was the second McDonald's I had been to in two nights and both didn't have Milkshakes or Mcflurries stating that their... machines were broken, not ACCEPTABLE. Other than that it was the best looking and tasting Big Mac I've had in a Long Time goodjob, food was hot and tasty! Read more
Drive through only, only one order station was open which was running very slow. The ice cream and shake machine was broken but... they had a sign posted for it at the order window. The soda was flat and fries were fresh. Read more
This one you can't blame the people. It's the staff and the management up to the owner. It's A L W A Y S dirty, closed, hard... old bread, coffee cups peeling on the inside. Open your coffee and look at the coffee cup. Staff is scared of the community. Iwon't be getting my coffee here no more, there's too many to choose from. Read more
This is probably the most ghetto and absurd McDonald's ever. The inside is always closed, the drive-thru always has a line in... the afternoon, and there's no way to get curbside pickup. So go ahead and order your food ahead of time, but if there is a 15car line in the Drive-Thru, you're waiting and the service is extremely slow. Read more
Not good at all for the second time. The 1st time the two breakfast meals I ordered with orange juice both had black things... floating in them. This time I decided to go inside instead of going through drive through well that was a bust as well. Me andmy son along with another person before 4 other people showed up which created a line however it was 7:57am and they didn't openuntil 8am well yeah no they didn't open the inside and the workers was staring at us as they continue to (Asian) sweep the floortake drive through orders and wait to clock in. Never came to address us to let us know that they was running late or nothingjust ignoring us. 1 person walked through drive through and got her food. I stood their well after 10min past open time. Idecided to go through drive through. I ordered and ask for there to be nothing floating in my drinks this time and the customerservice number. The lady who wasn't in uniform and I didn't see a name tag said that it was on the receipt. I believe that shewas Samoan as well as the lady who gave me my food. I explained to her about the horrible customer service skills and that it isunfair to be treated this way. Sad to say that if it was an upper class neighborhood that never would have happened. Peoplespend their hard earned money there and don't deserve that type of service that they provided however she apologized but stillwas very dismissive. By the way the inside still wasn't open when I left the drive through with my order and one of the othercustomers was trying to place orders through the drive through because they drive those 18 wheeler trucks that wasn't going tofit through the drive through. The customer said thank you to me for speaking up and everything I said was true and that he wasdefinitely in agreement with me.. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.... GET IT TOGETHER. This Micky D's is probably the most put-together I've been to. Food always looks like the picture and is exactly what I was... craving, fries are hot, no items missing, wait is proportional to the number of customers they're dealing with. Only things I'dchange are the prices and panhandlers but the folks at this location don't have much control over those. Read more
