I love their products, however every time I drive to the bay to get here they open late and make you wait past their open time.... The people were nice and all the items I looked at was labeled gluten free. Items were on the pricier side, over five dollars... for a croissant. However, for gluten free and hand made from scratch, I think the prices are fair. We bought a lemon cake to go. I will update the review once we eat it. Read more

The food is amazing and as someone with celiac, I love it. However, I don't live near so my friend sends me packages as... presents. Please know that their customer service is terrible and they firmly believe, and will argue with you, that they canship their no preservative food with no ice or food-safe packaging with a 3-5 BUSINESS day window. They only ship USPS and Ilive in a rural area with a PO Box but they claim they don't ship to PO Boxes, despite shipping to my PO Box... they don't offerother shipping services so I literally cannot get it shipped anywhere but my PO Box. Needless to say, I haven't gotten anunspoiled package in years. I wasn't going to leave a review but their customer service was so terrible and convinced they arein the right... when all their rules contradict themselves. If you're going to have food with no preservatives, you need to shipit food safe. If you aren't going to ship it food safe, you need to overnight it. Seems like a no brainer to me? Read more

I love love the tea cookies and have been ordering on line for years. I finally got to visit the store front which isn't easy to... find but well worth it! I tried molasses cookies, shortbread cookies and pumpkin whoopie cookies. They were all delicious but myfavorite is still the tea cookie. Read more
