If I could rate this 0 stars I would, the costumer service is terrible, I ordered a pizza as well as crazy bread on DoorDash... from them and the pizza came with no sauce in it and the crazy sauce was missing as well. I got in contact with the LittleCaesars store I ordered from and one of the employees blamed the door dash person for the missing items in the order, includingthe sauce in the pizza. Overall unprofessional employees and I don?t recommend ordering from this Little Caesars. Read more

Ordered their pizza that supposed to have 100 slices of pepperoni for $9.99 ya it?s not true. The actual pepperoni the few they... put on tasted ok. The rest of the pizza well almost average. Read more

I gave them 3 stars because I couldn't call in to order. The lady told me they were busy so phone calls were not being answered.... It would have been real convenient to answer the phone because majority of the people standing outside complained about notbeing able to call to make a take out order. Once I received my 3-meat treat and pepperoni with pineapple, I was disappointedbecause it didn't have enough meat or pineapples on it. I also noticed that an employee touched money and barely washed hishands which made me feel like I need to just make my own pizza from now on. I can honestly say I usually go in the day and donot have complaints, but just this one night before closing made me feel some type of way. If you go to this restaurant, justpay attention. Read more

Had to wait 25 minutes for the Hot-N-Ready pizza that is *supposed to be* 33% more pepperoni slices. Here?s a photo for you to... view. I would suggest ordering online or call ahead. Read more

Bad customer service! ZERO STAR. Today afternoon, I ordered a own made pizza for pick up. While I was walking to my car, I found... the pizza was the wrong one. I ordered a thin crust pizza with no sauce, but they gave me the one with tomato sauce. My sondoesn't eat tomato sauce! Then, I walked back to the store and asked them to make me another one. The cashier check the receipton the box, and said you didn't select no sauce! I told her I did it. And I showed her the receipt on my phone. My receipt showsno sauce. She take a look, but she said it was my mistake, and told me to choose no sauce before checkout! OMG! After back andforward couple times, she told me to wait 15 mins to get another one. I was disappointed and I feel mad with her services. After15 mins, I walked back to pick up. I asked her to give me her name. She didn't give me at that time but walk back to the kitchenand talk to her co-worker. I wait for 10 seconds and call her again. Finally, I get her name ,Jessica. I think the company hasto provide customer service training for all employees. I don't think I will come back to these store Little Caesars PizzaMacarthur Oakland ,CA Read more

I ordered a pizza and wanted to get some crazy bread as well. The cashier said that they were all out. I didn't think anything... of it until I came back 15 minutes later to pick my pizza up and saw bags of it sitting there under the heat lamp, ready to bepurchased.. I asked him if that, was in fact, crazy bread & he said it was. I didn't purchase any at that point because Iwanted a different type (the pepperoni ones) and didn't want to have to wait another 20 minutes or however long it takes. I wasvery disappointed with this location. I'm a loyal customer and have gone to various locations over the years. I do not seemyself coming back to this one. DO BETTER, people! ???? Read more

No pizzas ready and took 45+ minutes to cook a pizza that takes 12 to cook (as the employee said it would take 12 minutes).... After waiting outside in the heat with my girls (their father had gone in and ordered) I came in to see what the hold up was. 3employees were all kneading dough and making bread sticks instead of at least 2 making the pizzas as they were ordered leavingthe cashier to take and make the orders while they stood in the back kneading dough. Businesses know with experience whenthey'll have a rush ( usually lunch and dinnertime) so it's quite sad that with 4 employees it took almost an hour for 2 pizzas.I worked at dominos pizza in highschool as the supervisor and I know for sure it doesn't take 45 minutes to make and cook apizza. Step up your training of your employees or hire those that will actual work and do their jobs in a timely manner. Read more

I would give them 0 stars if I can. They have no idea what Detroit style pizza is at all! Don?t buy it. Not using the right... cheese or much of any cheese. This place is a joke! Read more
