Additional Information
Of all the falafel places in downtown Oakland, this is by far the best. Fresh baked pita and a dress your own falafel salad bar.... Lots of fresh veggie options and sauces to choose from. Greens, homemade pickles, feta, carrot, garbanzo beans... So manychoices. The compost and recycling are clearly labeled with physical examples - take note other restaurants... This is a goodidea! I'm giving 4 stars only because the " salad bowl" option ( which surprisingly most people order) is served in a plastic(sort of possibly not really compostable bio-plastic) container. If you dine in and order salad bar option, there is noreusable plate option. Owners, if you read this, please give dining in salad customers a reusable bowl as you already make theeffort for metal forks, this should fit in your operation. Read more

My first visit. They did a good job on a falafel & soup combo. Falafel was not dry like a lot of other places and they have an... excellent toppings and sauce bar. Read more

This place is amazing, but also horrible because it?s only open during lunch hours Monday through Friday and also because their... falafel is so good it has made me think all other falafel is mushy garbage. The salad or pita options are great, as are thesweet potato fries. Read more
