I'll acknowledge the workers seem quite busy, but the service was rude. When I asked about a price discrepancy in my order from... what was on the menu, the worker blamed me for not seeing a yellow sticker/sign that said: under construction. She asked me "youcan't see that? It says under construction". 1st of all, of course I didn't, that's why I was confused. 2nd of all, how doesthat explain why I'm being charged more. I know I wasn't the 1st person to ask this -- another customer told me he had the sameinteraction with the worker. If she knows this is a recurring issue, then be proactive in explaining the situations to customersor more understanding when the customers are confused. I know it's MLK Day, and we all would prefer commemorating the holidayrather than being stressed at work, but don't take that frustration out on customers. Read more
Today 11/12/21 I ordered a sandwich online during a lunch rush. Gotta say they had orders coming in like I've never seen before.... I got my sandwich after only waiting a few minutes, and it was made correctly. Contrary to the basic Rockridge woman with hergiant stroller in the store complaining that things were disorganized. Its called being busy lady, so shut up and wait for yourname to be called. Respect to the girl making the sandwiches, she deserves a raise. I appreciate you and your hard work if youever see this. I had a pastrami sandwich, it was really good. The person at the counter was nice, and it was quick. They got my name wrong for... the order, but that's a nitpick. Overall 5 stars. Read more
Really good and sloppy sandwich . Big serving size ! Make sure you get a lot of napkins I got the chicken.
I would give 5 starts for the sandwich... it's flavorful and their bread is amazing! On the other hand, I didn't have a good... experience with the service. I asked for the combo (sand. + drink + chips), and I paid for all. However, When my order wasready, I only got the sandwich and the chips, because the cashier said (twice, in front of the others custumers): Ok. you canget it, but you didn't pay for it. Super nice cashier! I was grabbing a couple of orders for Door Dash and he let me know the second one was going to take a while.... When I came back in he recognized me and so I didn?t have to wait in line all over. He also put lollipops in all the bags whichI thought was adorable since it was just Halloween. Nice people, thanks for helping us create a gluten free and vegan sandwich. It was good! If possible, I would love even more... options that are gluten free and vegan. Perhaps a soy based meat or tofu could be added to the menu? Read more
