I thought the scoops have been too soft for my liking in this location. In particular, my Hot Fudge Parfait orders were so... disappointing I had to say something. Three times I ordered in the past month, I noticed that the ice cream textures were toosoft and came with unappetizing ice crystals. I think they?re freezer burns which could be a freezer issue or something else. Ihope this is resolved. Read more
Great ice cream place in Oakland with most flexible hours around! They have some staple flavors (Harvey Milk) that are excellent... along with the butterscotch ice cream I got at my recent visit. I?m giving them four stars because some of their seasonalflavors are mediocre, but if you choose right, you won?t be disappointed. Read more

Visited this truck while in Oakland for work. Some very nice staff and they have some interesting seasonal flavors but I settled... on Chili Vanilla and Secret Breakfast. The Secret Breakfast was excellent but I decided to give 4 stars because they had to usea chili caramel sauce for the chili vanilla since the chilis weren't mixed into the ice cream well and were all at the bottom ofthe container.
