Let me tell you.. this place right here is IT!!!! My food was so freaking good.. so flavorful.. I just ate at another plant... based place the other day and that food had zero flavor.. these mushroom bites taste just like boneless wings to me… now Ihate I have to order online and wait an hour to pick up, I hate it’s certain days I can only order, I hate that it came in asmall ole box ( I was thinking platter-3 compartment container).. and this was not cheap at all ($23)…but would definitelycome and order this deliciousness time and time again. Delicious and nutritious ?????????? Revised: 9/3/22 , 10pm I really dislike having to do this(especially with vegan/ black... places), smh; I try to leave room for growth and not be as harsh with judgement with black establishments especially vegan ones.But when my peace is encroached upon on more than 1 occasion, this is the least I can do to expel any ill residual feelings Imay be left with, and sorta 'return to sender'. I initially gave 5 stars on this review because the food is always very good'and that hasn't changed'. But I now have a few gripes. First off, when I first started ordering food from here, they seemed tobe alot more timely with meeting whatever time frame/window you selected when ordering(and if they were off or late some itwould be by like 5 or 10 mins or so...if even). But the last few times I've ordered and selected certain time slots, they'vebeen late with my food by like 20-30 mins if not longer(one time like 40-45 mins). Now again...had this been a more establishedrestaurant or something like that I would've definitely asked for a discount, a courtesy drink/desert, coupon for next time etc....but sense they're black and it's vegan, I decided to take on the chin, so-to-speak. Now regarding this evening...I orderedone thing and I guess they ran out, so they replaced it with something else. I'm not a dog who you just feed scraps or what'sleft over to. Hella Nutz is the BEST vegan food I have had the pleasure of enjoying in MY LIFE. The food is fresh and whole plant based, it... has uncompromising flavor and uses incredible/varied plant based ingredients. Hella Nuts is amazing! the food is amazing, and the customer service is outstanding. My go to item is the walnut meat! OMG -... its wonderful and easy to prepare. I used the walnut meat to create a very simple plant-based pasta dish. The texture, andspices of the walnut meat is unique, and super delicious.
