One of the female employees had a bad attitude without any smile or good customer service. And the worse thing was they couldn't... serve us any food b/c they had no gloves. Need to train the employee for better customer service! Read more

I though I?d like this location, but I feel like these poor employees are always unsupported and understaffed. The girls are... always sweet to me but I can tell they are not staffed properly or upper management is not good. UPDATE: Don?t go here, don?twaste your time, this whole place needs new ownership or management. Or to just be shut down. If you have to drive far to get tothis location and then every single time you show up there?s a problem. It?s absolutely ridiculous. And I have given them somany chances. I honestly can never come here without problems. They never serve food, ever. They close at all hours of the day.I just went here at 12:30 in the drive thru and there was no sign at the ordering area that they were closed. Then, afterwaiting for 5 minutes, I pulled up and it said drive thru was closed. It didn?t say the entire business was closed. If it saidthat the entire business was closed I wouldn?t drive around the block to get back to the front entrance. These employees knowthat if you don?t put that your entire business is closed, that people will have to drive around the entire block to get to thefront end of your store and it?s not even open. This is a hard location to maneuver from the drive-through to the front store. They were mopping the floor at 12:30 in the afternoon knowing this is peak business time for people to grab lunch. This is the worst food I?ve ever tasted. For just donuts a very limited selection and they are dry and packaged tasting. The... food is way worst. You actually know your food Is being unwrapped and nuked . The hash browns had a distinctive flavor thateveryone I made try it immediately agreed ?that it taste like 7-11 food. That weird chemical cleaning product taste. Nothingtops a fresh hot glazed from a real mom n pop neighborhood donut shop Read more

I wasted $7 on cold burnt hash browns and a bitter PSL! Not only was my food poor quality, or my drink bitter and gross, but... the employees horrible attitude at the drive through window is what complete ruined my experience today. The girls that workedthere previously were wonderful and always get my order right. Butter pecan swirl cold brew was good. They could add a little more sugar, but overall it was good.

We visited this DD and it was not up to my standard. The young lady did not exhibit stellar customer service when taking our... order. She kept repeating ?umkay? in between the order as if she was bored or something. She did not communicate clearly thatthey were out of glazed minis, I asked for a lemonade with no ice and still received ice and when I was transferring money, Iguess I was taking to king so she just walked off instead of communicating, one moment or i?ll be right back? My nephew says thedonuts weren?t fresh and the carmel coffee he got was not great. Read more

Shift change was far more important then any type of customer service. After finally getting our food the croissant was burnt,... there were 4 smooshed hash browns and the latte was basically just milk. Such a bummer Read more

Surprisingly there are not many people inside the store. Location is very convenient and safe. Service is outstanding. After... going to Starbucks, people do not go anywhere else it seems. However, this is good alternative to buy coffee, sandwiches, bagelsand donuts. Their products are delitious. Also, when you ever go to Hawaii, please try Kona coffee. You will not regret. Now,let's go back to this shop. This 71 year old company " Dunkin' " was originated from the state of Massachusetts. Which meansthey started to sell coffee more than 20 years before Starbucks was founded. Don't you want to know what kind of coffee peoplein North-East of America like? And, why do they like it? To find out you will need to visit one of the most underrated coffeeshops in the West Coast. Best wishes. Read more
