Great pizza for the price! The very busy Broadway Dominos still offered friendly excellent service.
The staff is kind, polite, hard working and communicative. They're super friendly when i drop in and the store looks clean. I... really like that they deliver and don't use a 3rd party delivery service ALOT. Also their delivery is totally great, though makesure you ask for your sauces, that's on you. They don't really answer the phone, but really you should be using the app if youcan, those coupons are siiiiick. I won't say that it's the most delicious pizza in Oakland. However it is certainly not theworst pizza in Oakland. Pretty okay for discount pizza from a world domination style chain fast food corporation. The crust isreally characterless and uniform. All of the ingredients which qualify it as pizza are reliably present. Basically you know whatyou're getting. It's about the same price as frozen if you get that medium 2 topping deal so there ya go. Very unethical restaraunt. When you offer food delivery, you should deliver the food not cancel the order and gaslight the... customer. The manager on duty (3:30pm 05/07) was extremely unprofessional and lacked any sense of compassion. I requestedno-contact delivery, driver refused, manager was a broken record on the phone said ?we only have one driver? at least 5 times,provided zero apologies, zero resolutions and should resign to attend a leadership course on effective communicationimmediately. A few hours ago I placed an order for pick up. As I walked in and made my purchase, the cashier asked for my zip code to my... credit card. I didn't think nothing of it. Shortly after midnight, around the same time this location closes, I get anotification stating that my credit card was tempted to purchase an Apple bill. I've had this credit card for several years andnot once have I ever experienced a fraud attempt. Then came the realization that a different cashier from last weekend's pick upat the same location didn't ask for my zip code to my credit card. Then I remembered I've never had to give my zip code to mycredit card to purchase an order from the other previous times I've been here. It's obvious where this fraudster came from sinceI've never experienced this problem with this credit card after all these years. The identity of the cashier was Asian withglasses, possibly 5'4-5'5, skinny, dark hair in the front with a short blond ponytail behind his head. Read more
