Last time we visited, there must have been 3 youngsters running the show (one female and 2 males). They were giving us... tremendous attitude as if we, the customers, were bothering them. Now, I never try to be one of those people to bash anestablishment, but this was unwarranted. Those workers were mad at us, yet they messed up our order. They forgot 2cheeseburgers, 1 jalapeno poppers, and a soda. How do you miss a whole meal? So, we show them the receipt and they still scoffand roll their eyes like we're making things up. I just don't understand how getting mad at the customer for your mistake isgoing to make the situation any better. Anyway, I hope they hire some new people soon. Then we'll give it another go. Every time I come here food is cold and is trash they never get order right
No dine-in,???? drive-thru took was 47mins. (just to order), then I was kindly greeted by a hungry man who wanted a... quarter????...even though I couldn't give money of any kind away-we still had a pleasant very exchange????. I pulled up to thewindow paid for my order, my ice cream in a cup (they were out of cones)???? soooo...I got my food and immediately started toeat when...????????, what HOW is a special order Chicken Jr. with tomatoes* cold as ice? Good place for a burger, fries and drink, after visiting the Eastmont Mall after transacting some county business. Service was... good, atmosphere was fine, restaurant was clean and the employees were doing their best. I enjoyed using my phone app toreceive an offer from the Burger King chain to use. Of the three chain restaurants at this mall, I will likely return to BurgerKing again. Pricing was good! Read more

This Burger King's location had their lobby closed during the entirety of their posted hours. There were people operating in the... Burger King, and the drive-thru was open, but they refused to answer doors or phones, despite several customer attempts. Iinformed corporate, who said this was straight-up not allowed in their policy, as it is false advertisement and cuts off neededresources and revenue for those without vehicles or in need of restrooms. Food was nasty and cold and looked as if it was sitting a very long time and tasted like Italian marinara sauce was rinsed off... the chicken patty to recycle another order somebody obviously gave back because it was cold and they also apparently ran out oflettuce.
