Amazing Tibsy and Foul! Tibsy tastes even better when warmed up the next day (be sure to warm in covered pot with a bit of... water, not microwave). The bread with the foul is really nice and fresh! Lovely coffee, and I love the atmosphere. Read more

Best breakfast place I've been to in the Bay Area. The shihan ful (like a fava bean stew with savory veggies, spices and olive... oil and served with bread) is ? not exaggerating ? one of the best things I've ever eaten. It's so so good. The fata (breadchunks cooked in a garlic/tomatoe/spice sauce and served with yogurt) is also amazing as well. The drip coffee is on point ?strong and flavorful (I only needed a small size to feel effectively caffeinated). Since I live in SF I ate myself past fullduring my visit here just to take advantage of this absolutely incredible spot. The vibe is super welcoming and the prices areincredibly reasonable.
