Originally I gave the location a 1?? not necessarily just bc of Wendy's but bc it was a combination of Wendy's & Grubhub... together. Wendy's definitely stepped their game up for sure. They (for the most part) make sure everything is in the bag. Thefood is always hot when it gets delivered. I'm happy I was able to change the rating. Read more
The employees are extremely rude. The menu does not have pricing for many of the items and when asked about pricing they were... rude to me. Read more
Friendly employees. Ordered small chili with extra low-fat sour cream and extra crackers, a filling and enjoyable meal at a very... reasonable price. However could use more outlets for cell phone charging, and restroom could have been somewhat cleaner. Read more
This place is awesome! Their speed and accuracy is only rivaled by fast food joints from the 80s. They are quick and precise... with the order as I was in and out in less than five minutes with a line. The food was tasty and the service was friendly I leftwith a smile enough said! Read more
They never get my order correct and the sandwich they gave me was poorly made, the hot honey chicken sandwich had more sauce on... the outside then in the sandwich it self . Stop hiring Frittatas Read more
I am not a fan usually but this place may have changed my mind. Food was freaking fresh and quick, place was clean also.... Usually will do Burger King and McDonald's but must say Wendy's over McDonald's from now on. Read more
I come here a number of times. Every time my order takes forever. Today is the last time i will go here. I ordered number 6,... spicy chicken, large drinks, and large frosty. First, the lady gave me coke, I wanted a dr. Pepper. Then 5 minutes went by as Iwas standing waiting for the spicy chicken. Nothing. No one talked to me. I am standing right there. So I stood there as 10more people came in and got their food. Even one person got a spicy chicken. LOL. Wow, where is mine? Oh yes, the last persongot it. LOL. The nice girl behind the counter said a few more minutes. I said no, i just want my money back. Really, this is notgood business, Wendy's. Update: It has been 4 years, so I started to order here in August. Every time at the drive-through,they forget something. Today, December 7, 2022. They they forgot the honey mustard for my chicken nuggets, napkins, and spoonsfor my large frosty. When I got home, you saw my frosty how they filled my cup. This is not the first time. It's my fault Idid not check before I went. But why should I check? I assume as prices increased, we get less product to? Why can we get whatwe paid for?
