Exceptional food and friendly service . Typical bar atmosphere with a "not your typical" menu. The service was a little slow... considering the amount of customers in the establishment, however it appeared they did not have a lot of staff on hand. Read more
I went in here to pick up 2 orders for Uber eats, when I walked in I wasn?t greeted nor asked if I needed help(host wasn?t... around) not a big deal, I can get someone?s attention at the bar. I never post reviews and feel bad however, last Friday August, 19th I ordered a Southwest salad with chicken. I noticed no... black bean and no roasted corn. After 10 minutes waitress came and went into kitchen. 15 minutes later a busboy handed me aramekin of both beans and frozen corn. So maybe a heaping tablespoon. I then realized there was no cheese as well. By then myhusband was done eating and I gave up. $17.00 for a bowl of romaine and red onions with added chicken. 2 weeks before that Iordered a burger they forgot the tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese and forgot not to put the sauce on the burger and gave mefries instead of the salad I asked for. Ordered from DoorDash, because I?ve always heard some more positive things about this place, So figured I?d give it a... try. So, The cheesesteak I got, was super good! Messy, but.. that?s to be expected. But, one thing I disliked, is that I paid50¢ extra for raw onions added to it, no biggie. Only to open it up, and see damn near a whole onion placed on the side of it,chopped up? like. What? Lmao. That?s just lazy man. Got a side order of mozzarella sticks, And they?re?. Not good. The sauce isso watery, and the overall taste is just salty. It tastes processed, and just not very fresh. Can?t say I?m ordering hereagain, but maybe this will help them understand what to fix? Another tasty review coming your way. I had the luck of going to the Oakdale location of T.V.I., I've been to the other... locations, and was glad I did. This was after we were intending on thing to another pub in the area. They were full, when I searched the area for a place to eat, I saw T.V.I. pub was right up the road (I wasn't aware of this before), that was where weheaded. I went into the pub to see if there was an open table and to my luck, there was 1 in the back. (After the fact, I sawan outside area that we edited through, which I will say was warm) We were 3 and a baby, the staff were very accommodating. Our waitress Liz came over and I could see we hit the jackpot with Liz. She was on fire and in total control of the table andher area! Liz got us our beers fast, 2 pumpkins and an IPA! Start the fun! We started with the Bavarian pretzel, which washot, soft, buttery and delicious. Also some mustard and "Bang" over the top! We also had the grilled quesadias which wasoverstuffed with chicken.....youza, and the ultimately delicious, 8 wings with the Parmigiano garlic......oh boy, kiss me now! And of course, the yum yum eat em up Mac-N-Cheese! ???? For dinner, we ordered the Ahi tuna tacos, 3 stuffed with tuna andcabbage for some crunch! Since they were out of ribs :( ? I ordered something different. I got the grilled cheese with fries. :)????! And Liz (wei was on fire now!), suggested adding some bacon ???? ???? ???? ????! Unbelievable, the grilled cheese wasOUT OF THIS WORLD!! We also ordered a turkey provolone and arugula pannini, which was a special. Sum it up, T.V.I. but themark in every area and Liz was the conductor of this amazing masterpiece, and of course, kudos to the kitchen for theirmasterpieces as well. You rock Liz! Read more
