Friendly staff, fresh donuts
don't go there! I got an iced matcha latte with an oat milk because im a lactose free and they made it with a regular milk. like... I paid extra for the milk and got sick in my stomach it. I tried to call them but their phone was out of service. definitelywon't go there again. Read more
I've been to many DD's in the past and this location by far has the BEST donuts. They always taste fresh. I've always settled... for mediocre donuts from dunkin, assuming that "thats how it was." Dunkin is always a disappointment. No matter what time of day I go the donuts seem stale, very dry, and VERY little bit of... filling. There is so much competition I would think they would IMPROVE their overall quality. Read more

Ordered last night around 915pm. I get to the store and my order isn?t ready yet. They tell me a few minutes. 10 minutes later... they tell me the espresso machine is broken, I asked for a refund and the girl behind the counter said only a manager can issuea refund. I said I would be back in the morning to get the drink I paid for because I didn?t receive anything. I came back thismorning and there was no note or anything like she said she was going to leave that I was coming back for a refund. No one had aclue. I?ll be contacting corporate about this matter.
