Did not put raspberry or white chocolate chips on my berry white mocha. Ham and Swiss sandwich bottom plastered to wrapper and... basically inedible (hard and soggy at the same time). Called to voice concerns and get refund. Did not feel taken seriously.Manager Gili (Jeelee) seemed to care less. Said my name is in the book for it to be remade. Doesn?t help that I now am hungryand have terrible tasting coffee this morning. The reason for this review is because of the manager?s behavior during my call. Read more
I go to this one quite often. Unfortunately when I order pick up ahead the lobby is closed due to staffing shortage which is not... the first time. Rightfully so as they should be able to do that, but the app should either have a disabled capability or arefund button. We are all trying to get to our destinations in a timely fashion in the morning. The drive thru line is generallyout to the main road. The most inconvenience is to get into my car and into that drive thru line to get the call ahead order Imade or either call customer service for my refund. Please update your app. We shouldn't have to jump thru hoops to call to getour refund. Be in with technology. Read more
Yo the lady was super rude my latte was 50% foam when I told her I would like a new one she argued with me. Then when going... inside the window the window stopper fell out an hit my car and I asked her to apologize and she said no because it wasn?tintentional either or it hit my car and I demanded a apology. She then tried to justify that they were training someone neweither or that doesn?t give you the right to rush and be clumsy between the manager and the staff they need to get it together. Read more
Very unorganized. Asked to use a free drink?got to the window and we were charged for all of our drinks. We ordered a medium... drink and got a small instead. And then asked if we wanted to switch to the small because that was what was made and we said nobecause we PAID for a medium. Then, we had ordered another medium drink and it came out small AGAIN. Then the guy asked whatsize it was supposed to be and we said medium, and here they put the order in wrong and said it was a small. The guy was rudeand told us we just needed to take the drink. Yeah usually not a bad spot to grab coffee but the Maine Blue Berry muffin, wish there were blueberrys in it, its like the movie... casino want something done right, do it yourself! Read more
Coffee is ALWAYS delicious! Service is always excellent. My only complaint is that the parking lots are really small, and... Caribou is almost always busy. We were able to find parking and also space to sit down and enjoy our beverages. They also nowoffer breakfast sandwiches, which I usually get when I'm downtown. I like all of them, but my favorite is the chicken applesausage; a hint of sweetness in the sausage--yum! Read more
